We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, we'll be asking you to help ensure the safety and upkeep of our site in Forrestfield.
Your responsibilities will include
* Action maintenance requests and plan for required works
* Carry out maintenance work in a timely and efficient manner, there is a variety of work across various classes of buildings which can include:
* Patching and painting
* Door and window repairs
* Testing and tagging (we will provide training)
* Condition audits of buildings and facilities
* Hard landscaping maintenance (no gardening required)
* Strong communication skills being able to speak with a variety of stakeholders
* Having a passion for maintaining a safe working environment
