About the role

**Role Location**: Melbourne

**Role Type**: Permanent

Reporting to the Compliance Delivery Lead, the Change and Communications Manager will help develop and manage business change management and communications activities across Group Compliance portfolios for BAU and strategic initiatives.

The primary responsibility of this role to ensure consistency and governance across Group Compliance for Business Change Management and Communications services. The Change and Communications Manager will work closely with the Business Delivery team as well as the Learning, Development and Capability team, to ensure these services are delivered in a cohesive and collaborative manner.

The role is responsible for change management artefacts, tools and systems to help deliver change that is aligned with ANZ's Change management methodologies and frameworks.

As a member of the team, you should be forward thinking, work collaboratively and inspire others to ensure a strong and mature compliance culture.

What will your day look like

**This role is accountable for**:
Define and facilitate the change management strategy in consideration of the broader Divisional change roadmap, develop and manage the change plan in collaboration with enablement partners
Stakeholder management and advising internal and external stakeholders on operational risk and compliance changes
Coordinating initiatives, facilitating prioritisation, developing change management plans for initiatives and evaluate the impact of planned organisational change.
Ensure that change readiness assessments are conducted to identify and mitigate possible areas of concern
Deepen and sustain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders and external vendors
Build and support a team of "champions of change" to assist the transformation of ANZ and drive change in behaviours and organisational culture to achieve delivery goals
Coach and support leaders to build their change leadership capability
Support the Group Compliance Delivery Lead with communication efforts, including design and delivery of communications and leadership / employee engagement, aligned to strategic narrative
Support timely and user-friendly awareness and training approaches to impacted employees
Support the delivery team by providing guidance on change, culture, leadership and engagement approaches, and anticipate delivery opportunities and blockers that may arise
Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group Risk strategy, policies, processes and standards including external regulatory Stakeholder Management
Embodying the organisational commitments to the AGILE methodology through actions and approach

Strong process design and facilitation
Analytical, strong ability to influence and demonstrated learning agility to digest complex and large information sets to draw insights, conclusions and actions
Capability to lead and coach others to adopt change and ability to support and grow employees within your influence sphere
Comfortable to 'roll up the sleeves' and work hands-on, collaboratively with passion and energy as a key member of a fast-paced agile team
