CIVIL SUPERVISOR – ROMA QLD
Protech are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to be based in Roma (QLD) – "Accommodation Supplied".
This role will be working on TMR Projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Immediate start
* Project Work (3 months with possible ongoing work)
* 10/4 Roster Work
* Accommodation supplied
* Attractive Hourly rates on offer + Allowances
* Vehicle / Phone allowances provided OR Vehicle and phone can be provided by our client
* $57.39 p/h Ordinary Time + Penalties/Overtime (negotiable hourly rate - dependent on experience)
* Weekly Wages – paid by Protech
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following
* Supervise day-to-day operations across Civil Construction projects
* Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental requirements
* Communicate with crew and external stakeholders in a positive manner
* Assist in scheduling, planning, and reporting on project progress
* Ensure that plant, equipment, staff and subcontractors operate within safe working conditions and ensure that all operations meet the environmental, safety and legislative requirements
* Supervise civil construction activities, including earthworks, Pavements, utilities concrete structures, and site preparation.
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor (Must have)
* Ability to operate Civil Mobile Plant and have current RII's (Preferred)
* Experience working on TMR Projects (Preferred)
* Strong safety focus and a team player mindset (Must have)
* Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (Preferred)
* Open C Class Licence (Must Have)
