Your New Role
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the backbone of our fast-moving marketing function. This role isn't about keeping the lights on—it's about building the systems, processes, and data foundations that take us into the next era of marketing. You'll lead the rollout of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), scale our Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) model, and bring structure and clarity to a high-energy, high-impact team.
What You'll Do
* Lead the CDP implementation – design and deliver the data backbone that powers scalable, personalised, broker-facing marketing.
* Bring structure to planning – drive quarterly roadmaps, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment so priorities stay clear and execution is sharp.
* Operationalise our shared services function – streamline workflows so every email, campaign, and creative request moves through the team efficiently, with outputs that are consistent, compliant, on-brand, and cutting-edge
* Be the connector – embed collaboration across sales, digital, product, and compliance so marketing becomes the glue, not the gap.
Who We're Looking For
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 3–4 years' experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management.
* Practical knowledge of Martech platforms (CRM, CDP, marketing automation).
* Obsessed with detail, structure, and continuous improvement.
* Strong communicator who thrives on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
