We're hiring — Soil, Concrete & Aggregate Testing Technicians (Experienced & Trainees). If you enjoy hands‑on work, getting outdoors, and being part of building Australia's roads, bridges and major projects, this role is for you. Construction Sciences is looking for Soil, Concrete & Aggregate Testing Technicians to join our team in Ballina.
You'll be working in both the laboratory and out in the field, testing the materials that keep construction safe and built to standard. Your day will involve preparing and testing soil, concrete and aggregate samples, using testing equipment, taking samples on construction sites, doing measurements, and entering results into our systems so engineers can make key decisions.

Things we are looking for
* Soil / Concrete / Aggregate testing experience
* Cert IV Lab Techniques (preferred)
* Ability to work cohesively within a team driven environment.
* Current Australian Drivers Licence - Manual
* White card
* Nuc License, Soil and Concrete Testing experience
* Level One works, TfNSW Major project works and Local Works
