We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Water Treatment team and drive a commitment to safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in water treatment processes and infrastructure management, leading high-performing teams, and participating in an on-call roster.
Key responsibilities include:

* Providing technical guidance on water treatment processes and infrastructure management
* Leading cross-functional teams and developing their skills and capabilities
* Responding to emergency situations and ensuring the safety of employees and the public
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in engineering, science or a related field and have strong expertise in water treatment and hands-on experience in water treatment processes.
Additionally, they must have:
* Proven ability to manage water treatment infrastructure and ensure safe drinking water regulations
* Experience in building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
* Ability to lead effectively in emergency and high-pressure situations
* Commitment to safety, public health, and environmental excellence in a risk-based environment
