Overview
As our Senior Application Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting customers within the Asia Pacific Region in application and product support for Turbocor Oil-free compressors.
You'll take ownership of product support and warranty, helping us to drive market share globally within the compressor environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide technical advice, commissioning support, and troubleshoot product issues for external customers across the APAC region, via phone and email.
* Travel to customer sites to resolve product issues or to assist with pre‑ or post‑sales support.
* The role requires occasional overseas travel as business needs dictate.
* Support sales with technical execution of sales plans and conduct product training for internal/external customers as required.
* Work in collaboration with the Danfoss plants based in the US and China.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in HVAC/Chiller systems is required.
* Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration, or experience as a Chiller Technician.
* Good time management and customer service skills.
* Ability to travel overseas as required.
* Confidence to work alone and in a team environment.
