We are seeking a detail‐oriented Team Administrator to support our Melbourne Urban Infrastructure team. You will be a vital team member, working closely with engineers to deliver administrative support and high‐quality proposals in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver high‐quality proposals for the team.
* Prepare, coordinate, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
* Provide administrative support and coordination for the local team.
* Provide functional and wider company support adhering to SMEC's policies and procedures.
* Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal contacts and external stakeholders that contribute to the success of the business.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent time‐management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
* Proactive and innovative approach to problem‐solving.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver high‐quality service.
