Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous, driven, and passionate customer service professional to join us as a Clinic Co-Ordinator at our Audika Hearing clinic in Corio on a part-time basis (4 days per week - Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm). If you are passionate about helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life, we encourage you to read further This role is vital in contributing to clinic performance and enhancing our customers' experience.

You will work closely with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients.

You will gain knowledge about all our products, services, our competitive advantages, and government funding programs. Using this knowledge, skills, and tools, you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.


To succeed in this role, you should have:

Previous administration or customer service experience in environments such as retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.

Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients on their hearing journey.

* Flexibility and willingness to support nearby Audika clinics as needed.

Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification.

Advanced computer literacy skills.
