Accounting Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our team in managing daily cash flow and overseeing the accounts receivable function.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage daily cash balances, maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts;
* Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively;
* Oversee customer credit, collections, and debtor reporting, ensuring all interactions are conducted in a professional and timely manner;
* Evaluate and improve internal controls and external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards;
* Develop and implement process improvements across AR and treasury functions, enhancing operational efficiency;
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
* Prior experience in a treasury and AR role, preferably in a leadership capacity;
* Proficient working knowledge of Excel and ERPs (Xero, MYOB);
* Proven team leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading high-performing teams;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
