Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule appointments, standard maintenance runs, and reactive callouts for field technicians.
Provide guidance to technicians with basic fire industry knowledge, including systems like alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.

Maintain accurate records for compliance, inspections, and reporting.

What We're Looking For:
1-2 years' experience in service coordination or customer-facing roles, ideally in fire protection or building maintenance.
Basic understanding of Australian fire standards (e.g., AS 1851) and systems.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office; strong multitasking and communication skills.
