As a vital member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stores are clean and tidy for both customers and colleagues alike. Your responsibilities will include:
* Completing tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys, and emptying bins
* Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
* Collaborating across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
* Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions or providing directions in store
