Role Purpose:
We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Precinct Manager to lead the delivery of our precinct activation strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the identity and vibrancy of our UNSW Canberra City Precinct.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the City Central service point, coordinating with diverse teams to create an engaging environment for students, staff, industry partners, and the community. You will drive engagement programs to enhance the experience of all precinct users and supervise a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of the strategic direction of the precinct activation in close collaboration with senior University officials and stakeholders.
* Design and deliver an annual engagement plan that meets the needs of our diverse user groups.
* Measure and evaluate the impact of activation and engagement initiatives for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations.
* Oversee the delivery of student and education support services on campus.
* Cultivate and manage key partnerships with high-level stakeholders to secure resources and support for precinct activation initiatives.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant tertiary degree and extensive management expertise. You will also have demonstrated experience in managing programs, developing policies, and supervising staff. Additionally, you will have proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders and apply a thorough knowledge of University-wide policies.
