Electrician – Industrial & Commercial
Location: Gosford, NSW
TOBCO is a well-established Civil and Electrical contractor delivering high-quality electrical solutions across industrial, commercial, infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Electricians to join our team based in Gosford.
This is a hands-on role suited to electricians who enjoy variety, responsibility, and working across challenging, real-world projects.
About the Role
You will be involved in a wide range of electrical works including:
* Industrial and commercial fit-outs
* Electrical maintenance, fault finding and breakdowns
* Installation of electrical cabling, lighting, power and switchboards
Work will be primarily based in the Central Coast / Gosford area.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
* Fault finding and troubleshooting across lighting, power, motors and control equipment
* Preventative and corrective maintenance
* Ensure all works comply with safety standards, regulations and site requirements
* Liaise with supervisors, clients and other trades as required
* Maintain accurate records and job documentation
* Contribute positively to a strong safety and team culture
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience
* Strong background in commercial electrical works (essential)
* Maintenance and fault-finding experience highly regarded
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Professional attitude with good communication skills
Requirements
* Valid Australian Electrical License (NSW)
* Construction Induction White Card
* Current Driver's License
* HRWL – EWP over 11m (WP) preferred
