In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering Transport's Public Interest Disclosure (PID) and investigative functions, this role will see you interpret a variety of government investigation and grievance reports, draft clear, rational, evidence-based recommendations, and ensure compliance with PID policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
You will manage complex cases, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality advice, while promoting the wellbeing and psychological safety of all individuals involved.
You will lead project-based tasks, ask insightful questions to clarify issues, identify process improvements, and deliver accurate, timely reporting in a sensitive, high-stakes environment.

About you
Your strong written and verbal communication, confidence, analytical thinking, and multitasking skills, formed across investigations, compliance, or professional integrity roles, will see you follow structured processes, manage sensitive records, and navigate complex stakeholder interactions.
You're recognised as a meticulous, inquisitive, and strategic professional, skilled at evidence-based reporting, applying policy, and driving project outcomes in government or regulated environments.
