Supply Chain Manager – $130K + Super + Bonus — Fast-Growth FMCG Brand
We are seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Supply Chain Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative FMCG brand expanding across Australia, New Zealand, and the US. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee the day-to-day movement of products across multiple sites and markets, build scalable processes, and ensure smooth procurement, planning, freight, and inventory operations.
The company operates from a state-of-the-art automated facility and specialises in the frozen health food industry.
This role offers the opportunity to own the operational flow that supports growth and expansion during an exciting scaling phase.
Responsibilities
Planning & Inventory: Partner with Sales & Operations to manage forecast and production planning; build weekly schedules to ensure stock availability; maintain inventory accuracy across the Ingleburn Manufacturing site and 3PL partners; ensure FIFO, batch tracking, and SQF compliance.
Procurement: Raise purchase orders and manage ingredient & packaging supply; monitor inbound deliveries, track lead times, and resolve delays; support supplier cost tracking and MOQ planning.
Freight & Logistics: Manage outbound freight across retail, foodservice, and export channels; coordinate with transport providers, vendors, customs brokers, and warehouses; track DIFOT performance and resolve logistics challenges; work with major supermarkets (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Costco).
Systems & Reporting: Use Unleashed and Excel to manage data and support decisions; identify efficiencies and drive process improvements; collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product teams on key projects.
Team & Structure: Oversee two direct reports —
Procurement Officer
and
Logistics Coordinator
— and collaborate with Vendors (packaging, dairy, raw ingredients), Sales, Ops, Product Innovation, Marketing, and global partners (US, NZ, China).
Qualifications
3–8 years' experience
in FMCG Supply Chain
FMCG supply chain management background — ideally in food, frozen food, health food, beverage or pharmaceutical industries
Strong data skills; proficient with cloud-based platforms (especially
Unleashed
)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player who works well with Packaging, Innovation & Export teams
Highly organized with the ability to plan up to 12 months ahead on promotional plans
Resilient, solutions-focused and willing to roll up your sleeves
Ability to build strong supplier relationships; confident working with major retailers and international logistics
Enthusiastic about healthy products and innovation; thrives in a scaling business (ideally $30–$50M turnover)
Hungry to succeed and contribute to rapid growth

Experience working with major retailers (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Costco)
Vendor negotiation and contract management experience
Exposure to international trade/export logistics
Collaborative, solutions-first mindset; proactive attitude and passion for growth and efficiency
Experience with Balanced Scorecards and vendor performance metrics; experience in high-growth businesses; familiarity with commodity brokers and packaging vendors
