Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients daily to support them in overcoming barriers to employment
* Partner with local employers to promote our services and secure job vacancies
* Provide holistic, person-centred case management
* Manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Think creatively and adaptively when responding to individual client needs

Experience in the employment industry is an advantage but not essential.
