Key Production Role
Our cultivation and production facility requires a skilled professional to deliver a range of production duties associated with medicinal cannabis containing materials.
* Operate production equipment, clean facilities, handle raw materials and cannabis materials, and commission new equipment and processes.
* Carry out routine tasks accurately and follow strict safety procedures.
* Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Maintain equipment and report breakdowns.
* Promptly escalate any quality, production, or security issues.
* Record production parameters and maintain logs.
* Establish and maintain production procedures and forms.
* Complete documentation and participate in reviews.
Applicants must possess:
* A Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in a STEM field.
* Two or more years' experience in a production environment, clean room experience preferred.
* Experience in a GMP facility and shift work experience preferred.
This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a team structure.
