Tesla Motors Parts Advisor
Join the team that's changing the face of transportation. We're seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to support our progressive vehicle brand.
About the Role
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Travel as needed for business purposes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer customer inquiries with timely and accurate responses.
2. Process parts transactions and inventory management.
3. Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials.
4. Communicate estimated delivery times and provide regular updates.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Knowledge of automotive techniques and methods.
* Experience with DMS Systems, SAP, and MS Office Suite.
* 1-3 years' experience in the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
* Dealer automotive service experience a plus.
