About the Role: Parts Manager
As our Parts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. You'll oversee our parts department, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service to keep our clients' machinery in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the parts department, including stock control, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers to provide outstanding service.
Ensure timely procurement and distribution of parts to support service and sales teams.
Monitor and maintain parts profitability, pricing, and margins.
Handle warranty claims, returns, and reconciliations accurately and promptly.
Continuously evaluate and improve parts processes to enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in parts management, preferably in agricultural machinery or related industries.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Technical aptitude and knowledge of machinery parts (advantageous).
A proactive mindset and the drive to lead a team to success.
