About the Role
As an Onsite Technician, you will play a key role in delivering onsite technical support to our clients, acting as the face of our Service Desk. You’ll work directly with businesses to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless IT operations.
This full-time role is perfect for a problem solver who loves working with people, taking ownership of challenges, and ensuring technology works flawlessly for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide hands-on onsite IT support to clients, resolving technical issues professionally and efficiently.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems to minimise downtime.
* Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and software installations to keep client systems secure and optimised.
* Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Build strong relationships with clients by providing tailored recommendations and proactive support.
* Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system improvements.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
* Certificate III in Information Technology
* MS-900 Fundamentals certification or willingness to obtain
* Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
* OH&S and Working at Heights certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
* Network setup & system configuration
* IT security basics & remote support tools
* Ability to work independently & within a team
* Problem-solving mindset & adaptability
Additional Requirements
The successful candidate must be willing to complete a Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
