It is a leading profit-for-purpose organization experiencing significant growth and exciting future plans.About the RoleThis position involves coordinating a team to deliver high-quality client care in a residential setting. The incumbent provides direct care and support as part of the support team and may manage a team across one location.About YouThe Team Leader will provide direct support to clients and be responsible for developing client-centered support plans, engaging with team members, and reviewing support effectiveness to improve outcomes and independence for clients.Key responsibilities include:Developing and reviewing client support plans based on assessments and stakeholder input.Ensuring effective implementation of support plans.Monitoring client progress and identifying emerging needs.Staff Management and DevelopmentResponsibilities include staff performance evaluation, staff orientation, developing service processes, and resolving staff or client concerns.Client ManagementEnsure support arrangements for appointments, maintain relationships with families and stakeholders, and manage client finances appropriately.Organizational ManagementOversee service operations, ensure policy compliance, maintain documentation, and liaise with other staff and services to ensure smooth delivery of support.Support activities must align with the Disability Support Worker (Level 2) Position Description, including personal care, community participation, safety practices, incident reporting, documentation, and transport duties.What Next?If interested, apply by submitting your CV and cover letter to (emailprotected).
