What You'll Be Doing
Restaurant Managers
- Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends.
- Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
- Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
- Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
Assistant Restaurant Managers
- Lead & Inspire: As motivator in chief, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to motivate and guide a passionate crew.
- Be Hands-On: From grill to floor, you're part of the action, ensuring smooth shifts and happy customers.
- Focus on Quality: High vibes, higher standards—create epic dining experiences every time.
- Smash Targets: Drive performance, develop your team's skills, and celebrate wins together.
