MFE Fencing & Earthworks is seeking an experienced fencing labourer to join our team in Ballarat, with work across Victoria.
With over 10 years in the industry, we specialise in timber paling, Colorbond, rural fencing, and earthworks.

The Role:
Assisting with installation of residential, rural, and commercial fencing projects.
Site preparation, post hole digging, concrete work, and general labouring duties.
Ballarat-based with Victoria-wide travel.
Requirements:
Previous fencing or construction labouring experience
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Current driver's licence and White Card
Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
Takes pride in quality workmanship
