Employment Lawyer Opportunity
This role provides high-level strategic and legal advice across critical areas, including enterprise bargaining, compliance, workplace relations, and governance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on member and customer service, with the ability to deliver expert legal advice and manage complex processes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver expert legal advice with a strong focus on member and customer service.
* Manage enterprise bargaining processes, dispute resolution, and litigation.
* Provide legal counsel to internal teams and executive management, translating complex legal issues into actionable insights.
* Draft, negotiate, and finalise commercial agreements and contracts.
* Prepare high-quality submissions and reports for regulatory bodies.
* Collaborate with external counsel, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor of Laws degree and a current unrestricted practising certificate.
* Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience, ideally with unions, membership organisations, or related sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and multi-party environments.
* Strong skills in legal research, negotiation, and compliance.
* A proactive approach with excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Passion for the aviation industry and a proven ability to work under pressure.
