Community Nutrition Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community APD Dietitian/Public Health Nutritionist to join our team in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of adults and paediatrics outpatients in clinic settings and outreach programs in remote communities.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement case management strategies for adult and paediatric patients across multiple clinics and community settings.
* Collaborate with allied health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and support services.
* Travel to remote locations via 4WD or light aircraft, staying overnight during weekdays as required.
* Conduct community education sessions and provide expert advice on nutrition and dietetics.
Key Requirements
* Hold current APD status as a Dietitian.
* Demonstrate extensive experience in caseload management, working with adults and paediatrics, and community education.
