Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with hiring managers, sourcing qualified candidates, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand open roles and candidate profiles
* Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referrals
* Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and sourcing activity within the HRIS
* Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview confirmations, follow-up emails, and feedback
Requirements:
* Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
* Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills
