As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer-focused IT services. Our innovative team is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join us in Alice Springs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing timely and responsive service desk support for IT issues to all employees across multiple locations.
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues within assigned network access levels, escalating unresolved problems as necessary.
* Logging issues and resolutions to aid in reporting, trend analysis, and ensuring seamless customer service within the team.
* Maintaining computers, networks, and IT resources efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Managing telecommunications and electronic infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you require:
* 1+ years' experience in IT support, including network services, Windows/iOS devices, and remote desktop in a WAN environment.
* Strong hardware installation and basic fault-finding skills, with experience in managing small IT projects.
