Administrative Leadership Opportunity
The role of Administration Manager will be part of the Finance and Operations Leadership Team within the Mater Springfield Portfolio. This team has direct accountability to the Finance and Operations Manager of this team.
This role will manage all elements of these Services, benchmarking to maintain efficient processes, systems, staffing and knowledge that supports excellence in patient care and experience.
The Manager is responsible for optimal performance in service delivery by embedding a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide strong leadership in upholding Mater’s Mission, Vision and Values.
* To align operational plans of these services to the Mater Health Strategic Objectives.
* To manage all elements of these Services, benchmarking to maintain efficient processes, systems, staffing and knowledge.
* To ensure optimal performance in service delivery by embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
* To collaborate closely with other Mater Managers to embed an integrated approach to services.
