The Opportunity Komatsu has the opportunity for a Product Support Advisor as part of our Tier 1 Rio Tinto team.
Your role will be managing the fleet health of all Komatsu equipment by way of providing on-the-job technical assistance for the maintenance personnel in fault finding including major component change outs, maintenance operating practices.
You'll assist personnel to resolve parts sourcing issues and resolve technical information sourcing issues.
As a Product Support Advisor you'll be off the tools as the go-to machine expert.
