Allied and Community Health Service
Our Allied and Community Health Teams are multi-disciplinary teams who work together towards the common goal of improving health outcomes of our community members. Services are based in Port Augusta and Whyalla, with regular outreach clinics held in Roxby Downs, Quorn, Hawker, Maree and Leigh Creek. We offer a wide range of centre-based, in-home and community-based services to people of all ages and tailor our services to best meet our client needs. About the Role:
As a Community Care Nurse, you will provide nursing and/or midwifery services across a range of health service settings, developing from a novice practitioner to a proficient qualified. You’ll consolidate your knowledge and skills through continuous learning and experience, while taking accountability for your own practice standards and activities delegated to others. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while growing your professional expertise in a supportive environment.

About You:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the Community Nursing area/ nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate
standards of practice.
