The Opportunity
The Opportunity: We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates who are interested in working with MinRes in various capacities. Whether you are an experienced professional, skilled tradesperson or someone looking to start your career in mining and resources.

Our expectation of you

To be passionate about a long-term career in mining and to be keen, willing and able to learn a variety of new skills
A flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work and training
Capable of working in a busy, hands-on environment with strong time management skills
If you are seeking FIFO work - Willingness to work in remote mine sites, up to 12 hours a day, various rosters on offer
The ability to work as part of a successful team with well-rounded communication skills
Hold a current C class driver’s license
To pass a pre-employment medical examination and ongoing fitness for work assessments
