We're Hiring! | North-West Region Coordinator – pataway (Burnie) Aboriginal Identified Position | Full Time
The Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre is looking for a committed and community-minded person to join our team as the North-West Region Coordinator. This role helps support our staff and programs across the North-West, making sure the Aboriginal community has strong access to culturally safe health and wellbeing services.
Responsibilities
* Support regional staff with daily operations
* Help deliver health promotion and community activities
* Build strong relationships with community and Elders
* Assist with rosters, reporting, and admin tasks
* Help keep workplaces safe and culturally strong
* Be part of a positive, supportive NW team
Qualifications
* Has experience supporting or managing teams
* Communicates well and works collaboratively
* Understands the needs of the Tasmanian Aboriginal community
* Is organised, reliable, and community-focused
* Is Aboriginal – this is an identified position
Remuneration and Benefits
Salary range $88,000-$124,000 pa + salary packaging
