Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting, and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors in person and over the phone.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Coordinate college bookings and venue hire, ensuring seamless events and activities.
* Assist with administrative duties, including mail coordination, correspondence preparation, and stationery management.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG WORKING PARTNERSHIPS WITH STUDENTS, STAFF, PARENTS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY.
About You:
* You will actively support and role model the ethos and values of a Catholic College.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a school setting, is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and attendance software, such as SEQTA, is desirable.
* A current Working with Children Check and a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check are required.
