A strong eye for detail is essential.About your new roleThe Organisational Development Officer will support the Organisational Culture and Development Coordinator by assisting in the development and implementation of organisational learning initiatives.
The position requires adaptability and flexibility, as its scope may evolve over time.What you will need to exceedYou will be expected to administer and support a variety of organisational development and learning initiatives.
This includes managing the Learning Management System, compliance training, engagement surveysand diversity and inclusion programmes.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining the OD tools, such as the Corporate Professional Development Calendar and LinkedIn Learning.A crucial part of the role is collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
