About the Role
Step into the Senior Lecturer role where you will shape the future of pharmaceutical sciences education within our Master of Pharmacy program. You will drive the design, delivery and continuous enhancement of a dynamic curriculum aligned with contemporary and emerging pharmacy practice.
As a Senior Lecturer you will coordinate and teach engaging subjects across pharmaceutics and other pharmaceutical sciences, leveraging innovative pedagogical approaches and technologies to inspire the next generation of pharmacists. With a strong research focus, you will contribute to the strategic priorities of the Pharmacy Discipline by publishing high‑quality work, securing grants, and supervising HDR students.
You will also act as a key representative of the discipline, strengthening our connections with industry, government and professional bodies, and fostering partnerships that amplify the relevance and impact of our teaching and research.
About You
You will bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues, students and industry partners. With experience in delivering high‑quality teaching and learning, you will demonstrate leadership in developing teams and fostering productive collaborations. You will also have deep understanding of pharmaceutics and its relevance to pharmacy practice, and the capability to supervise Honours, Masters and Higher Degree Research students, supporting their academic and professional success.
* PhD in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
* Registration as a Pharmacist in Australia (or eligibility for registration).
* Evidence of successful leadership in subject design and delivery.
* Experience in research activities with evidence of an emerging publication track record.
Base Salary Range
$152,245 - $174,841 (Level C), plus 17% superannuation.
