Blaster Painter – Yard Based & Site Based Roles Available
We are currently seeking Blaster Painters to join our team, with yard based and site-based roles available.
These roles would suit experienced Blaster Painters, but we are also happy to train the right person who has limited experience, a good attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn.
You will be working on a range of industrial blasting, painting, surface preparation, and protective coating projects.
Yard Based Role
This role is based at our yard/workshop in Kalgoorlie and will involve preparing, blasting, and painting a range of industrial equipment, steel, and components.
Site Based Role
This role involves working across various client/project sites. You will be completing blasting, painting, and coating work while following site safety requirements and procedures.
Duties May Include
* Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
* Industrial spray painting and protective coating application
* Masking, sanding, grinding, and general preparation work
* Mixing and applying coatings to specification
* Operating blasting and painting equipment safely
* Assisting experienced team members where required
* Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
* Following job instructions, site procedures, and safety requirements
* Travelling to different sites where required for the site based role
What We're Looking For
* Previous blasting and painting experience is preferred, but not essential
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Safety-focused with a good attitude
* Physically fit and comfortable with hands‐on work
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and take direction
* Current driver's licence preferred
