Job Title: Physiotherapy Opportunities
About the Role:
We are seeking innovative and progressive academics to contribute to impactful teaching and research for a newly accredited Physiotherapy program.
* Deliver high-quality teaching, educational and curriculum design.
* Contribute to the faculty's research profile through publications in high-quality journals and successful applications for grant funding.
* Developing and maintaining partnerships with health providers, educational institutions, and within the wider community.
* Senior lecturers will also be expected to provide leadership in scholarship and/or professional activities relevant to the profession.
* Opportunity for the right candidate to lead Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities.
About You:
You must have a relevant qualification to the level of appointment, and a minimum of four years academic and/or professional experience. You will have current unrestricted registration, or be eligible for unrestricted registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA.
* A master's degree or equivalent in an area related to physiotherapy or human health – interest undertaking a PhD will be highly regarded.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in teaching and research.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for shaping the next generation of physiotherapists.
* A proven track record in publishing high-quality research and preparing effective reports appropriate to academic level.
* Experience supervising Honours and HDR students.
