We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our new kitchen and joinery sales division. This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, promoting a brand, and generating new business across both B2B and direct-to-client channels.
The Opportunity
You will play a critical role in establishing this new revenue stream, working closely with management, designers, and project teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a sales strategy for our kitchen and joinery offering
* Generate new business through builders, architects, designers, and direct clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and clients
* Actively promote the brand and position the company within the premium market
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
* Identify new market opportunities and growth channels
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
About You
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager role
* Strong track record in brand promotion and business development
* Experience in B2B and direct-to-consumer sales
* Background in construction, kitchens, joinery, or related industries (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
* Strong understanding of the Sydney market
