Back Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Back Office Support Specialist.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial operations and administrative support within our organization.
* Record, process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.
* Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
* Maintain several reporting schedules accurately and in a timely manner.
* Prepare and upload bank payments and reconcile to system.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
* Provide end-of-month and end-of-financial period support.
* Handle general accounting tasks such as data entry and bookkeeping as directed.
* Assist with administrative tasks including filing, correspondence and scheduling.
Required Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to work in a dynamic industry.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (additional training available).
