Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist customers with phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.
* Accurately enter sales and wheel production orders.
* Manage customer backorders.
* Expand the customer base and new product sales.
* Manage and grow existing accounts.
* Update and maintain CRM reporting systems.
Requirements
* An interest in motorbikes is preferred but not necessary.
* Previous experience with Internal and Phone Sales.
* Honest, reliable, and punctual.
* Self-motivated and hardworking.
* Microsoft Office knowledge.
* Willingness to learn (on the job training will be provided).
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Be available for Monday-Friday 8:30-5.00pm.
