What you'll do:
* Lead full lifecycle HVAC projects—from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning & handover
* Manage budgets, schedules, risk, quality & safety to deliver on time and on budget
* Oversee stakeholder engagement: clients, consultants, contractors, internal teams
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards
* Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance and outcomes
What we need from you:
* Minimum 5 years in commercial HVAC project management
* Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems; prior work in health, commercial or data centre sectors highly valued
* Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, on budget - end to end.
* Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving & stakeholder management skills
* Relevant tertiary/trade qualifications and ability to read/interact with technical drawings & performance specifications
