Industry Marketing Leader
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive our go-to-market presence in the Australian Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector. This role will blend partner enablement, content development, social presence, and field marketing to build Ortto's profile and credibility within the sector.
* Partner Enablement:
o Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with integration partners (e.g., Salesforce NPSP/NPC, Raisely, Blackbaud).
o Build partner playbooks, enablement materials, and joint campaigns that highlight how Ortto drives NFP success.
o Support partner-led forums and events with collateral, case studies, and speakers.
* Content Development - Create NFP-specific assets (case studies, blogs, guides, webinars, landing pages) tailored to sector priorities.
* Capture and share customer success stories that showcase impact and build advocacy.
* Repurpose content across channels for maximum reach and relevance.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Presence & Thought Leadership:
o Manage and grow Ortto's presence on LinkedIn and NFP sector platforms.
o Publish consistent, high-value content that demonstrates expertise and builds engagement.
o Elevate Ortto's voice in sector conversations through trends, insights, and commentary.
* Field Marketing & Event Management:
o Plan and execute a calendar of NFP-focused events: webinars, in-person forums, partner events, and sponsorships.
o Own event logistics end-to-end (planning, promotion, delivery, post-event reporting).
o Collaborate with Sales and Partners to maximise event ROI and generate meaningful engagement.
About You
* 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, martech, or the not-for-profit sector.
* Proven ability to deliver partner marketing, content programs, and event campaigns.
* Strong writing skills with experience tailoring content for specific audiences.
* Confident in managing social presence and building thought leadership.
* Hands-on project manager with experience running both digital and in-person events.
