Offer description

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager - Sales with deep expertise in Data, AI, and Generative AI solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role blends consultative selling with strong technical depth to drive adoption of modern data platforms, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions. You will work closely with enterprise customers to define strategies, architect solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and drive the full sales cycle for Data, AI, and GenAI opportunities on AWS
* Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to identify use cases and transformation opportunities
* Design and position solutions leveraging AWS services (e.g., data lakes, ML platforms, GenAI services)
* Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture discussions, and solution presentations
* Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and partner teams to build scalable and cost-effective solutions
* Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots, and MVPs for AI/GenAI use cases
* Translate complex AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into business value and ROI
* Build and manage strategic partnerships with AWS and ecosystem partners
* Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create compelling technical proposals
* Mentor pre‐sales and solution engineering teams

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
* 8–15+ years of experience in technical sales, pre‐sales, or solutions consulting
* Proven success selling Data, AI/ML, or cloud‐based solutions
* Strong hands‐on understanding of Data and AI services
* Experience with GenAI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases)
* Strong ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills

* Experience with modern data architectures (lakehouse, data mesh)
* Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, vector DBs)
* Understanding of MLOps, data governance, and responsible AI
* Experience in industries such as BFSI, retail, healthcare, or telecom
* Consultative selling and storytelling
* Deep technical credibility in AI/GenAI and cloud
* Strategic thinking and problem‐solving
* Stakeholder management and executive communication
* Ability to bridge business and technology

Success Metrics

* Revenue growth in Data, AI, and GenAI offerings
* AWS consumption growth and solution adoption
* Win rate on strategic deals and POCs
* Customer satisfaction and long‐term account expansion
