Procurement Specialist
An exciting opportunity exists to join our client’s growing organisation, helping build its procurement function as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for third‑party products and services, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and strong supplier performance.
- Manage sourcing‑to‑contract processes, including vendor selection, onboarding, due diligence, negotiations, and contract management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, budgets, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Run RFx processes, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and award purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure procurement governance and SOX compliance.
- Track and report procurement savings and continuously improve KPIs.
- Provide procurement advice and establish best practices across projects.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
- Robust experience in vendor management, price negotiation, contract management, and data analysis.
- Highly computer‑savvy, advanced Excel skills, and comfortable working across multiple systems, including API‑related processes.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Contractual Note
For all Australian‑based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25 % casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed‑term roles.
