We have an opportunity for a passionate and committed Personal Care Attendant at (enter community) in (enter location).
Opportunity
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality personal care, social support and daily assistance to residents within their Aveo home. You will promote their independence, build social connection, assist with day-to-day tasks, and ensure their wellbeing.

Responsibilities
* Work independently within resident villas or units to provide in‑home care including personal hygiene, house cleaning, laundry and more
* Interact with residents in their homes or spend time in the community completing daily activities (e.g., driving them to appointments)
* Provide care tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their care plans
* Support residents with recreational and social activities
* Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security and resident incidents
* Complete simple administration tasks, ensuring resident notes are up to date
What you will bring
* Experience within a Support Worker or Personal Care position, with a passion for community care, independent living and wellbeing
* Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance (required)
* Valid driver's licence + vehicle (required)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate and two COVID‑19 vaccinations (required)
* Current Police Check clearance (required; we can complete it for you)
