To be an Incat apprentice, you will be someone who:

* Will finish year 10 by the date of commencement (January 2026)
* Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
* Be willing to attend a pre-employment medical assessment
* A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* An enthusiastic, dedicated and driven approach to work
* A desire to study hard and learn new skills
* Reliable with positive workplace behaviour
* A commitment to workplace health and safety
