The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple joinery projects from start to finish. You'll oversee internal teams, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients and suppliers to keep projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. This role is perfect for a technically skilled, commercially minded professional who thrives on problem-solving, proactive communication, and driving results across fast-paced, high-value projects.
This role will be based in Acacia Ridge with occasional travel to Warwick (Vehicle supplied)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multiple joinery projects from contract award to completion, ensuring programs run smoothly and deadlines are met.
* Manage internal teams
* Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, proactively resolving issues and managing expectations.
* Monitor project budgets and variations, protecting gross profit and identifying risks early.
* Oversee drawing approvals, site quality checks, and compliance requirements to deliver high-standard results.
* Plan and schedule resources effectively, ensuring site readiness and seamless installation.
* Conduct regular progress reviews, reporting, and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement across projects.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in joinery, construction, or a related technical field.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to protect gross profit and manage project budgets.
* Excellent programme and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
* Hands-on technical knowledge of joinery and installation processes.
* Confident in managing, mentoring, and holding installers and subcontractors accountable.
* Exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in IT and project management tools, with the ability to manage time efficiently.
