The opportunity
Roskow Independent Advisory is seeking a qualified Financial Adviser to join our growing team in either Sydney or Brisbane.
We are specifically looking for a qualified Financial Adviser who is ready to step straight into the role and who also has prior paraplanning experience. That technical grounding matters to us, because we value advisers who understand the full advice process from strategy through to delivery.
This role suits an adviser who is technically capable, commercially aware, and confident working through both client strategy and advice preparation. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a business that values clear thinking, independence, and high standards.
This is not a sales-driven or product-led environment. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about good advice, can manage complexity well, and takes pride in the quality of their work.
The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work primarily from home while being available for client meetings and team collaboration in Sydney or Brisbane as required.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to be fully qualified and ready to work as a Financial Adviser.
You will also bring:
* Prior paraplanning experience, with a strong understanding of strategy development and advice preparation
* Experience in financial advice and the ability to manage client relationships professionally and confidently
* Strong technical knowledge across superannuation, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, cash flow, and structuring
* The ability to contribute to high-quality strategic advice and well-constructed advice documents
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* A calm, capable, and client-centred approach
* A genuine alignment with independent, fee-for-service advice
