Position Title: Site Manager – Commercial Construction & Fit-Out
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-quality commercial construction and fit-out projects across NSW.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years' experience in the construction industry, with strong expertise in commercial projects and fast-paced commercial fit-outs, including fast food chains (e.g. McDonald's, KFC and similar QSR brands).
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations from commencement to completion
* Manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure programme deadlines are met
* Coordinate with clients, consultants and the project management team
* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety regulations and quality standards
* Monitor budgets, variations and site reporting
* Maintain strong communication and problem-solving on site
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial construction
* Proven experience delivering commercial fit-outs (QSR/retail highly regarded)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to liaise professionally with clients, consultants and internal teams
* Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and site safety
